Founder · Specdest
Uranzaya Baasanjav is a startup ecosystem and innovation leader serving as Founder at Specdest. As a founder, she brings firsthand experience of moving from an initial business idea into the practical work of building a company, finding collaborators, and creating visibility within an ecosystem. Her perspective is particularly relevant to conversations around early-stage entrepreneurship, founder resilience, community support, and the opportunities and challenges faced by women and international founders building businesses in Japan. The role requires working across founders, investors, corporations, public institutions, and community partners, with an emphasis on creating the relationships and support structures that help new ventures move forward. Uranzaya brings a practical perspective on startup ecosystems, cross-border collaboration, market access, partnerships, and the networks founders need to grow.
