José Francisco Fernández Serna is an agrifood executive and investor serving as CEO at E-motion Foods, a Dubai-based firm working on food security, foodtech and food systems through consultancy, technology scouting, investments and ecosystem building. A Spanish executive based in Dubai for more than 16 years, José has managed international expansion in food manufacturing and ingredients, holds an executive role at Miracle Ingredients, and serves as a non-executive director in food value chain organisations. José is also a senior mentor at EIT Food and HBS, a Board Member of the UAE Spanish Chamber of Commerce and a Council member of the World Agriculture Forum.
