Jonathan Greechan is a startup accelerator founder and early-stage investor serving as Co-Founder & CEO at Founder Institute, the pre-seed accelerator he created with Adeo Ressi in 2009. Since then he has grown the organization to chapters in over 200 cities and more than 100 countries. He is also a General Partner at Founder Capital, was previously a Partner at TheFunded.com and an Executive Producer of the Founder Showcase, and has served as an advisor to Oxford Entrepreneurs, Horasis and the USC Incubator. Jonathan brings an accelerator-builder and investor perspective on pre-seed company building, marketing and growth, product strategy, and early fundraising. The role provides direct exposure to how first-time founders move from idea to a fundable company across many different markets, and to what helps a startup program work in very different local ecosystems. Jonathan is particularly relevant to conversations around pre-seed fundraising, startup marketing and growth, accelerator and ecosystem building, and the early decisions that help founders get from idea to traction.
