About
Ivan E. Germanov is a startup coach and accelerator program operator serving as Certified Coach at Founder Institute. Founder Institute also lists Ivan as Regional Success Manager at its headquarters team, and names Ivan among the program leaders of its Balkans, Eastern Europe and Central Eastern Europe accelerator programs run from Sofia, in announcements dating from 2020 to 2026. Ivan is a listed mentor in those programs and in the Founder Institute Startup Ideation Bootcamp, and has appeared as a speaker at a Founder Institute event in Sofia. Ivan brings a coaching and program-operations perspective on early-stage company building, founder development, accelerator structure, and mentor feedback. The role provides direct exposure to how first-time founders move from an idea to a structured company inside a cohort program, and to how regional accelerator chapters are run. Ivan is particularly relevant to conversations around idea-stage startups, founder coaching, accelerator programs, and building startup communities in Central and Eastern Europe.
