About
Christoph Sollich is a pitch trainer and startup consultant serving as Pitch Coach at The Pitch Doctor, the name he is known by in European startup circles. After a diploma thesis on virtual communities and work as an advertising copywriter, he moved into startups in 2007 and has freelanced as a consultant since 2009. He has coached thousands of startups and corporate intrapreneurs on pitching, working with accelerators, incubators and corporate venture labs including Techstars Berlin, Google Launchpad and hub:raum Berlin, and has mentored at Founder Institute Berlin. He also appears as a "Startup Comedian", giving humorous talks on entrepreneurship at conferences such as TOA, SXSW, Bits & Pretzels and TechBBQ. Christoph brings a coach's perspective on pitch content, delivery, slide design and storytelling. The work gives him direct exposure to how early-stage teams present themselves, where pitches lose an audience, and what helps a story hold attention on stage. Christoph is particularly relevant to conversations around pitch preparation, investor presentations, demo day readiness, and public speaking for founders.
