Ayhan K. Isaacs is an entrepreneur and growth strategist serving as Head of Economic Development & Partnerships at Founder Institute. He is an alumnus of the Founder Institute Toronto program and co-leads its UAE-GCC chapter, where he is also listed among the program's startup mentors. He is the founder of Growth Rhino and has worked with more than 40 venture-funded startups on month-over-month growth, from advertising and email campaigns to outbound prospecting. He holds a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship & Innovation and has coached early-stage founders since 2016. Ayhan brings a growth-operator perspective on revenue growth, customer acquisition, outbound sales, and early-stage traction. The role provides direct exposure to how first-time founders across many markets test ideas, find their first customers, and prepare to pitch. Ayhan is particularly relevant to conversations around go-to-market strategy, growth marketing, pitch feedback, and building early traction in the GCC startup ecosystem.
