About

Allen John Ku is a business and innovation professional serving as Operation Director at Startup Island TAIWAN. Across these responsibilities, the work involves translating strategy into execution, coordinating people and partners, and making decisions under the uncertainty that comes with building or changing organizations. In practice, that perspective combines strategic thinking with the day-to-day work of building teams, coordinating stakeholders, solving problems, and creating momentum in uncertain environments. For founders and operators, Allen's background offers a useful view of how strategy becomes execution through people, priorities, partnerships, and disciplined follow-through. Allen brings a practical perspective on leadership, execution, collaboration, and the operating choices that help ideas become sustainable businesses or initiatives.
