Startup support

Tokyo Innovation Base (TIB) is a startup hub run by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government. It opened in May 2024 on the second and third floors of SusHi Tech Square, one minute from Yurakucho Station, and connects accelerators, venture capital firms, universities, corporations and local governments with founders. TIB runs pitch events, mentoring, prototyping and retail-testing programs, and its bilingual staff give overseas companies one-stop support in English. It supports the city's goal of making Tokyo the most startup-friendly city in the world.
