Patient booking and reminders for clinic chains in Southeast Asia
🇮🇩 Jakarta and Ho Chi Minh City · Founded 2025 · 2–10 people
Tidewell helps clinic chains in Indonesia and Vietnam fill their schedules. Patients book through WhatsApp, get reminders in their own language, and clinics see no-shows drop within the first month. We started with dental and physiotherapy chains and are now working with general practices.
Patients book, move and cancel appointments through WhatsApp.
